The Blue Nordic pattern is a version of the old onion pattern.
The classic onion pattern on pure white sturdy semi-porcelain earthenware is an excellent choice for everyday dining and perfect for entertaining too. Less expensive than translucent china, this is an affordable alternative with a timeless look. I have other pieces listed in this pattern, making is easy for you to start your Johnson Brothers dinnerware collection right here. This pattern is almost identical to the J & G Meaking Blue Nordic pattern and can easily be collected as one dinner set.
Johnson Brothers was established in England in 1883 and operated there until 2004 when its operations were transferred abroad.
With online shopping it is always possible to replace pieces, add to a collection, or begin a collection of a dinnerware pattern at competitive prices. This is also possible with discontinued patterns.
