This is a pretty Royal Albert plate in the Centennial Rose pattern made in England. I have reduced the price because of the small rough spot described above. The pattern has been discontinued but is still highly popular and appreciated.

Royal Albert has now become part of Royal Doulton Tableware Ltd.
